How does it all work?
- Check out our Packages and decide which is for you.
- Then, click Book Now which will show you our calendar of availability. Fill out our online booking form,
select any bolt-ons you require and pay a £60 deposit* to secure the date and time slot. - We will then send you a confirmation email with the meeting point and finer details. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event** we will automatically email you with a link to follow.
- Rides operate 11:00am – 7:00pm
- Each ride comes with a designated driver (you pedal, we steer) and a walker, to take photos and pick up any
items that may fall off! - For rides with less than 14 days ahead, please contact us to arrange full payment upfront.
- Very short notice/last minute ride requests will be subject to staff availability.
Where is the Start/Finish & Can it be changed?
Our location is: Camden, 46 Seamoor Road, BH4 9AS. Fixed Location: Due to logistics the pick up/drop off location cannot be changed. Prom or festival enquiry? We can travel to your location! Contact to discuss.
Is there parking at the meeting point?
If you are driving, there is plenty of roadside parking and car parks.
How long is the tour?
After welcome, setup and briefing, the tour takes approximately 1 – 1.5 hours, depending on traffic. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your time slot. We include a stopover on the clifftops, where you can soak up the sights of the beach and get some amazing group photos overlooking the sea. Allow up to 2 hours for the full experience.
How many people can fit onboard?
Each bike can accommodate 14 people:
- Saddles with peddles (the cyclists!) – x8
- Saddles without peddles – x2
- Bench – x2
- Standing – x2
A minimum of 6 people is required (min. charge 8), with a maximum of 14 people on a standard ride, or 12 on a Hot Ride
(For larger groups (15+), we split the ride. Group 1 hits the road while group 2 relaxes in the bar, then we swap. Optional Party Games Host add-on, to entertain the group who are waiting)
What if I have a disability or are pregnant?
It is important to us that we make our experiences as accessible as possible. Please contact us with any questions if a member of your party has additional requirements and we will adapt to the best of our ability. We have non peddling seats and a bench on board.
How dificult is the route?
The route we have chosen does not involve any steep hills, and the way the bikes are manufactured makes it easy to cycle.
How much do you charge?
Prices start from £40 per person. Please refer to “Packages” for a breakdown of options. There are no hidden fees – all packages will include everything essential for a standard ride. We have a minimum charge of 8 people, although you can bring a minimum of just 6 people on board.
Are drinks included?
Yes. Each ride includes 4 drinks per person which we will collect at the bar, take on board and store in our cooler. Drink as your ride! These include cans of beer, cider, pre mixed cocktails, sparkling wine or premium soft drinks.
Can children participate?
For family rides, passengers under 18 must:
- Be accompanied by an adult
- Wear seatbelts at all times if not on the bench.
Anyone who can not properly reach pedals would have to take a non cycling seat. We do not permit alcohol on any rides which include children. Parents/guardians must sign our waiver on behalf of their dependents agreeing responsibility. We also do kid’s birthday parties for ages 12+! Please see our ‘Young One‘ package.
Any rules we should be aware of?
No intoxicated passengers are allowed on board. Any unsociable behavior, or bahaviour that may result in damage being caused to the bike, will not be tolerated and may cause the tour to be terminated.
Will you have music onboard?
Yes, you can use your device to connect to our speakers or we can play our house playlist.
What happens if it rains?
The bike has a roof and rain covers which will protect you from showers. Bookings are only exchangeable during severe/unsafe weather.
Do you allow decorations?
Yes! Drop us an email with details and we will provide you with a quote.
Can you recommend other activities?
Yes – we also offer other activities and can tailor a custom experience if you’d like help building a stag/hen/birthday weekend. Refer to ‘custom packages’ for more details.
